Gray AES is looking to add am Intern- Civil Engineering to its team for Summer 2026, with the position to based in our Lexington, KY office.

Gray internships are open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S. that do not need current and/or future visa sponsorship or work status authorization for employment.
A Civil Intern would work in our Lexington, KY office in our Civil Engineering group. Students would be exposed to the Civil design elements, as well as the project management of Civil subcontracts. Gray is a design — build company, which will certainly be a unique experience to be able to see the Civil construction packages go from design to completion! Our environment is fast-paced, safety focused, with a work-hard, play-hard mentality. Our internship program dates back almost 20 years! Former interns now include Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, Sr. Project Managers, Business Development Managers, Design Managers, and the list goes on and on!
