Gray AES is looking to add a Project Delivery Analyst III in our Lexington, KY office.

Who we want… 

· Applicable candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in an analyst or equivalent role, OR 10 or more years relevant experience within professional services, manufacturing, or related industries.

· Prior experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, or Process Documentation a plus.

· Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and products for normal business communication, presentation of information, and collaboration.

· Candidates should be comfortable working in various settings such as industrial facilities, standard office, and remotely.

· Candidate is capable of coaching other team members on the fundamentals of project delivery.

· The position will manage company standards for deliverables, candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

What we expect… 

· Supports developing programs and standards which enable the consistent delivery of projects, daily business operations, and other processes, by efficient and effective means.

· Support initiatives to enhance delivery methods and processes, which might entail assignment of specific focus areas or short-term projects.

· Works independently to identify tasks and prioritize as needed to support business initiatives and outcomes which support key business metrics.

· Effectively collaborates on cross functional teams to understand ways of working, opportunities for improvement, and creates supporting documentation or resources which align with company standards.

· Prepares information about program progress and outcomes for the broader organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.  

· Contributes to support internal systems to manage documents & assets, to remain aligned with business initiatives and requirements.

· Facilitates workshops to document current state and future state opportunities with single or multi discipline participants. Develop presentations, workflows, and other standard documents or resources.

· Support our Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement processes, training, and best practices

· Other duties as assigned.

Generally, a normal office environment where noise levels are moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.
